11 th International Conference on “System Modeling & Advancement in Research Trends” (SMART-2022), intechnical co-sponsorship with IEEE UP Section, isorganized by Faculty of Engineering & Computing Sciences,Teerthanker Mahaveer University, Moradabad on 16-17, December, 2022. The purpose of this conference is to makea scientific contribution in the field of computational creativity through discussion and publication on progress infully autonomous creative systems, modeling human and computational creativity, computational support for humancreativity, simulating creativity, and human/ machine interaction in creative endeavors. Contributions have been received from many relevant disciplines, including computer science, artificial intelligence, engineering design,cognitive science and machine learning and deep learning. The main objective of SMART-2022 is to provideplatform to the Researchers, Engineers and Scholars in the field of Computer Science and Information Technologyto disseminate their latest research results and to exchange views on the future research directions in these areas. Theconference focuses on the study and exchange of academic achievements of international researchers which servesas academic discussion communication platform which is beneficial for research in the field of computer scienceaiming to stimulate researchers in their work. The collection of papers in these conference proceedings is onEmerging Technologies, IOT & Wireless Communication, Digital India Initiative, Communication and NetworkBroadcast, Signal Image & Communicational Technology and Governance, Risk and Compliance.


SMART-2022 received 972 submissions and each submission was reviewed by external reviewers and has been evaluated on quality, originality, and relevance. The technical program committee accepted 290 papers. As a result, 136 submissions were selected for discussion at the meeting of the program chairs and all papers were accepted for the presentation at the conference. Out of 972 submissions, 290 are chosen to be published in the proceeding of SMART-2022. The papers presented at SMART-2022 are not only highlighting of the conference. In addition to the technical sessions, the conference featured keynote addresses by leading academicians from industry and academia, such as 1. In total, there are over 783 individual authors from eight countries, representing both academic and industrial organizations. The research areas covered in SMART-2022 are, thus, not only technical in nature, but also reflected the diverse angles from which to approach this emerging research field. During the organization of this conference the college received help from different people, departments and institutions. Consequently, the college extends sincere thanks to the Chief Patrons Shri. The college is highly thankful to IEEE U.P. Section, India for their enthusiastic assistance and support to this conference. The heartfelt thank goes to the keynote speakers for their incredible speech on the main theme of the conference. At the same time a big thanks to the authors who submitted their work to SMART-2022 and the external reviewers, who spent their time reviewing the research papers and providing the feedback that resulted in the selection of the papers featured in these proceedings.
